Observation

Window blinds with inner/outer cord in entry must be removed. Window blinds in main playroom with inner cords must be removed. Cable cord in reading area must be removed or secured so unable to form a loop. Need stickers or art work on both sides of sliding glass doors in main playroom at child eye level. Washer and Dryer in bathroom must be secured (lock lid/door). Area rug in living room is a tripping hazard & must be removed or secured to floor. Indoor temperature measured at 60 degrees Fahrenheit on date of inspection. 14 Electrical outlets in living room, dining room and main playroom must have tamper resistant covers or blank face plates installed and all plug in covers removed.
